1.¿How you started your business?

I started my business because I saw a need for a coach/manager with experience running a YouTube channel, not just a manager that works for a network. I also wanted to teach starting YouTubers all the tips and tactics it took me years to learn so that they may have the most successful channels possible.

2. ¿What do you do to get inspired?

To get inspired I usually watch other YouTube videos, listen to business or influencer podcasts, or read comments from my videos!

3. As a teenage entrepreneur, ¿how do you organize your time?

To organize my time I make sure to schedule out each hour of my work days to get the most done. I also set aside certain days to focus on different aspects of my life. Sunday's are usually for work, Friday's I usually hang out with friends and then weeknights I focus on school.

4. What is an advice you would give to teenagers that want to start a business.

I would tell them that don't let age stop you! You may get people telling you that you're too young to run a business and wait till you have a degree, but honestly being young can be a great strength. Teens are usually more up to date on trends and more willing to try new things a key characteristic of successful entrepreneurs.

5. ¿What do you think was the thing that made you start your business?

I started my business because I wanted to do more than just make YouTube videos. I love creating videos, but it is also so fulfilling for me to teach other women to create videos that bring them and others joy.

6. Recommend a book for getting inspired.

"In The Company of Women" by Grace Bonney is the best! It has over 100 interviews with influential women.

7. ¿What is the vision you have for your business? My main vision always for my business is to keep inspiring women to start channels and to coach them on creating them successfully from the start. However, I also want to do more speaking opportunities and host events in the future

8. ¿What means success to you?Success to me means being fulfilled by what you do. You don't have to have a thousand followers or any number threshold to be "successful". I believe success is simply feeling fulfilled by doing what you love.

9. ¿How you learned about business? My dad is an entrepreneur so I learned a few things from him. I am also pretty much self-taught meaning I read books, articles, and talked to other business owners to gain knowledge. Also, a lot what I've learned is through trial and error haha!

10. ¿What is your favorite thing(s) about your business?

My favorite thing about my business is that I get to connect with SO many amazing women across the world. When ladies are on the blog, podcast, or take my course, I learn what they stand for and how they are making a difference. It is so inspiring to know there are women out there standing for what they believe in and being total Boss Babes!

11. ¿Who inspires you?

The two women co-founders of Bloguettes have been inspiring me recently since I was just able to meet them in person! They run an amazing business and phenomenal team and they are also super stylish.

A message to girls.

Dream big, Believe in yourself (or no one else will), and then you can Achieve your dreams and desires!
