Fitness is life-changing!

Fitness is a concept that is very famous nowadays, however it is a little distorted by the majority of people,because they think that have a fitness life is to become an addicted in a body image. However, fitness is not that. Actually, fitness is the well-being of body and mind, and having a good physic conditioning.
Having a fitness life is incredible, because regular exercices have so many benefits to yourself, and also people around you! They are:
Having more energy to do your daily activities: Regular physical activity delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system works more efficiently.
Improving your mood: Regular exercices stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. So you will boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
Controling weight and preventing health diseases: Regular physical activity prevents the excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. It also boosts HDL, or "good," cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides,which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. Also stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, a number of types of cancer, arthritis and falls are prevented.
Promoting a better sleep: Regular exercices can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. Just don't exercise too close to bedtime, or you may be too energized.
Exercise puts the spark back into your sex life: Regular physical activity can improve energy levels and physical appearance, which may boost your sex life.But there's even more to it than that. Regular physical activity may enhance arousal for women.
Exercise can be fun … and social! Exercise and physical activity can be enjoyable. It gives you a chance to unwind, enjoy the outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can also help you connect with family or friends in a fun social setting. So, take a dance class, hit the hiking trails or join a soccer team. Find a physical activity you enjoy, and just do it. Bored? Try something new, or do something with friends.
You will see, that it´s life changing! And remember: it´s never too late to restart!
